These Terms of Service govern your use of nuweave.co.uk and purchases made through the Site.

Please read these Terms before using the Site or placing an order.
1. About these Terms
By using our Site, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your use of the Site.
When you purchase goods from us, these Terms together with the product information, price, delivery information, Refund Policy and other information provided during checkout form part of the contract between you and us.
Nothing in these Terms affects rights that you have under applicable consumer law.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to purchase products through the Site.
If you are under 18, you should only place an order with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Our products
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately.
Product images are illustrative. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and manufacturing variations.
Dimensions, weights, GSM measurements and other product specifications are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.
You are responsible for following applicable care instructions and the instructions or recommendations of the manufacturer of any surface on which a product is used.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices displayed on the Site are shown in the currency indicated.
Unless stated otherwise, consumer prices include VAT where applicable.
PDC Cleaning Services Limited is VAT registered under number 349183280.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
We may change prices from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
5. Placing an order
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket subject to these Terms.
You will normally receive an electronic acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order.
An acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
Unless we tell you otherwise, our acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm that the order has been accepted.
6. When we may refuse or cancel an order
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
- an obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred;
- delivery cannot reasonably be made to the address provided;
- purchase limits or other reasonable restrictions have been exceeded.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund amounts due for the cancelled goods.
7. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Payments may be processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
8. Delivery
Our Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms.
Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery timeframes will be shown where applicable before you complete your order.
We aim to deliver goods within the timeframe agreed with you.
Where no different delivery period has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable UK law.
9. Risk in the goods
For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods remains with us until they are delivered into your physical possession or the physical possession of a person you have identified to receive them, subject to applicable law.
If you independently arrange for a carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option, different legal rules may apply.
10. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
UK consumers purchasing goods online normally have statutory cancellation rights.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits those rights.
11. Faulty goods
We are required to provide goods that comply with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights where goods are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or otherwise fail to meet statutory requirements.

12. Promotions and discount codes
Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms stated when the promotion is offered.
Unless we state otherwise:
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- only one promotional code may be used per order;
- promotions may have expiry dates or product restrictions;
- promotions may be withdrawn before an order is placed.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
13. Bulk and trade orders
The Site may allow businesses and professional buyers to enquire about larger or recurring orders.
Trade, wholesale, customised or negotiated orders may be subject to separate written commercial terms.
Where separate terms are agreed, those terms will prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict in relation to the relevant trade order.
14. Intellectual property
The NUWEAVE name, branding, logos, product names, website design, photographs, graphics, text and other Site content are owned by or licensed to PDC Cleaning Services Limited unless stated otherwise.
They are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Site for personal and lawful purposes.
You must not reproduce, commercially exploit, modify, republish, distribute or use our intellectual property without permission except where permitted by law.
References on the Site to Robert Gordon University or other third parties do not transfer ownership of their respective intellectual property to us.
15. Reviews and user-generated content
Where the Site allows you to submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you must not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, abusive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
You remain responsible for content you submit.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary.
We will not knowingly present fabricated customer reviews as genuine reviews.
16. Acceptable use of the Site
You must not:
- use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or associated systems;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- interfere with Site security or functionality;
- use automated systems to scrape or extract Site content in a way that is unlawful or materially disrupts the Site;
- impersonate another person or provide deliberately false information.
17. Third-party services and links
Our Site may contain functionality, integrations or links provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment services, social platforms or external websites.
We are not responsible for the content or practices of independent third-party websites that we do not control.
18. Availability of the Site
We aim to keep the Site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend or change Site functionality for maintenance, security, updates or other legitimate business reasons.
19. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.
We do not exclude any liability or remedy that you are entitled to under applicable consumer legislation.
If you purchase products wholly or mainly for business purposes, separate limitations may apply under any trade terms agreed with you.
20. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control where the law permits.
If such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will communicate with you where appropriate.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The Terms that apply to a purchase will normally be those in force when your order is placed, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.
The latest version will be published on the Site.
23. Governing law
These Terms and contracts between you and us are governed by the laws of Scotland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory rights or access to courts available to you under applicable law.
